“ Second visit: I had the omurice, which I didn't order last time! It was delicious! First visit: Music Cafe Ginga Joy in Higashi-Ueno. A friend took me there for lunch for the first time. The lunch menu changes daily, with over 10 different items! Most meals are under 1,000 yen, including an after-meal drink. I'm so happy that they still offer lunch at these prices. Plus, you can smoke electronic cigarettes on the second floor! I was impressed to be able to enjoy the old-fashioned cafe atmosphere.
